Design and usability:

Design pretty is clean and easy to use. I like their "night mode" style, which is useful when fapping at night. What is a little bit annoying to me is that not all titles have the same size. I know that it depends on the author which size of image they add, but it would be much pleasurable for people with OCD like me if all images had the same size :D. Except that, I really like the whole website. I love how they mark languages of titles with flags. 

All titles are tagged so you can easily find titles you like. You can also filter using artists and language tags. This alone would be good enough for most people, but at nHentai.net, they decided to go a step further (actually more than one step). Their search system is fantastic when you learn how to use it properly. They allow regular expressions so you can use it to filter very precisely. Their search works with and function, which means that if you search for tentacles anal, it will show only results that contain both of these words. You can use more words to be even more specific like school femdom demon. You can also use "-" symbol to exclude terms. For example, school femdom -demon will find you all titles that contain school and femdom but doesn't contain demon.

The main menu is simple and gives you these options:

• Random - click this, and you will be taken to a random title (I miss there a function to select language)

Under this information box, you have a gallery of thumbnails of each page. I find this useful because you can quickly scan through pages to see if there is something that you like or not. Also, you can check if it's long enough to... you know… 

To start slideshow (also gallery), just hit thumbnail on the upper information part or the first thumbnail in previews. While in the slideshow, you can go to the next or previous page using arrows (on desktop) or clicking on the left (previous) or right (next) half of the image. This page is clean and straightforward as the whole website. Nothing there could bother you.
